It is important to have plenty of space, because if your Australian green tree frog's terrarium is too small it will increase its predisposition to obesity. The terrarium should be at least 1 m long x 45 cm high x 75 cm wide (40 x 18 x 30 in).
What should you have in a frog's terrarium?
When you acclimate the green tree frog's terrarium, you must pay attention to recreating its natural environment as much as possible.
First of all, fill the terrarium floor with gravel at least 3 cm (1.2 in) thick. There are other materials that you can easily find in any pet store.
