Puppy style
The puppy style is a very popular hairstyle, especially for small and long-haired dogs like Yorkies. The puppy style is based on cutting the ends of the hair, leaving a maximum uniform length of 3 centimetres.
This type of hair cut evokes images of a small Yorkshire Terrier puppy, which makes the dog look sweet and reduces the chances of knots.
Westie style
The Westie style is based on the classic haircut very often sported by the West Highland White Terrier. It's fairly similar to the previous puppy style, although in this one the body hair is kept very short and even shaved. Meanwhile, the eyebrows and beard are trimmed just enough to make the ears and nose look longer.
Schnauzer style
As with the previous example, the Schnauzer style bears similarities to the classic Schnauzer haircut. For this, all you need to do is let the dog's hair grow to a mid-length and make sure you shape the Pekingese's long ears and locks of hair. Finally, you need to slightly shave its legs.
Spanish Water Dog style
The Spanish Water Dog style is easy to achieve and maintain. It tries to achieve a similar look to that of the Spanish water dog. In order to do it, all you need to do is leave the hair to grow to a short-medium length and don't brush it with a comb or any other instrument. It should look curly and out of control, while the length should be uniform across the whole body.
