We know that any list of the most beautiful dogs in the world is missing one major exception: your dog. To us, the dog with whom we share our lives and have a strong emotional bond are the most beautiful animals to have walked the earth. Before we share our list of the most beautiful dogs in the world, we need to make another small caveat. Not only are our own dogs particularly beautiful to us, but all dogs are beautiful. They are innocent creatures who bring us incredible joy and have benefitted the human race in ways we are still yet to fully understand. Even if they were not domestic animals, they would still be an incredibly beautiful part of nature.

This breed of dog is a walking furball. On a winter day, you can easily confuse a white-coated Pomeranian with a miniature walking snowman. Brown, tan and fawn colored Pomeranians are one of the breeds which most resemble a lion.

4. Siberian Husky
The Siberian husky is another of the most beautiful dogs in the world and not simply because of its resemblance to the wolf. Their beautiful eyes, silky coat and kind sensibility melts hearts like summer melts the Arctic ice.

They are one of the easiest dogs to love, for many reasons. They are a brachycephalic dog breed, so we need to be careful of exercise, but they can have a long life if well cared-for.
12. Shiba Inu
The Shiba Inu is one of the sweetest Japanese dogs that exist, whether due to their cute look, small size or eternal playful nature .
Somewhat shy with strangers, the Shiba Inu is a beautiful and very affectionate dog that will surprise you with their agility and surprising behaviors.
Made popular by the movie franchises of 101 Dalmatians, the Dalmatian breed is one of the most recognizable thanks to their spots. What made them desirable to Cruella de Vil, their coat is their trademark, but not the only reason why they are considered beautiful. They are also loyal and active dogs which create very strong bonds with their human family.
14. Cocker Spaniel
There are different types of Spaniel Breeds which can all be considered beautiful. However, the Cocker Spaniel makes our list thanks to their beautiful semi-long fur. This is another beautiful breed with a sleek body and gorgeous coat. These red locks flow in the wind as they run through dales and bring smiles to anyone who witnesses them.
19. German Shepherd
Although they are prone to some mobility issues due to poor-breednig practices, the German Shepherd will always remain a beautiful breed. They are intelligent and loyal, being used often in assistance roles for both security services and civilian families.

20. Irish Wolfhound
With shaggy hair and a long gait, the Irish Wolfhound is incredibly beautiful, even if it is in a ‘shabby-chic’ kind of way.
